Urban Appraisal LLC is a limited liability residential real estate appraisal company based in Sacramento, CA. It was founded in late 2020 by Certified Real Estate Appraisers Ryan Urban and Angelica Urban, with a vision focused on both continued production of quality appraisal work and creating as clear and seamless of a customer experience as possible. Ryan and Angelica draw from a combined 18+ years of experience in the appraisal industry, ranging from appraisal management and direct lender relations all the way to multi-million dollar, complex property valuation. If your property's highest and best use is residential, Urban Appraisal will ensure you're provided with a sound valuation product that stands up to even the toughest of potential critics.
